 Sweepstakes/Customer Database Programs
Build an Accurate Customer Database
With one swipe of your patron's ID, the customer is immediately entered into a sweepstakes for a grand prize drawing. Randomly generated instant winners and special offers of the client's choice are printed on each receipt-discounts, free merchandise and other premiums. Programs maintain customer enthusiasm and generate return visits. Name, address and birth date information are collected from IDs, creating an accurate customer database from each entry.

Benefits:

Build an Accurate Customer Database
Complete customer information is automatically and accurately entered into a database when the customer swipes his/her driver's license. Data-entry errors and missing or inaccurate information are eliminated.

Quick and Easy
The ID swipe takes just a second, encouraging customers to participate. Customers without a license or other magnetic-stripe ID can complete an entry form. The clerk simply enters the tracking number on this form into the terminal, and personal information on the forms is later batch-processed by Card Results.

Security/Control
The sweepstakes program can be set up to allow only one entry per person in a designated period of time. Rewards cannot be provided without a legitimate entry.

Flexibility
Specific prizes, and the percentage and distribution of instant winners, can be changed at any time simply by updating the program stored on the POS terminals.

Automated Tracking and Reporting
Entries can be tracked in real time by individual terminal, employee, store, or corporate-wide. Results can be reported on a shift, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
